Apple's East Coast Motorcycle Rally takes place this week at Little Orleans. Wednesday thru Sunday enjoy the one and only "Motorcycle Demolition Derby" event, a bike show, motorcycle ride and alot more.

Midland Homecoming |

The town of Midland is celebrating its annual homecoming thru Sunday .... events:
Friday ... Heritage Room open from 4-6pm. Dogs on Parade at the Midland Basketball Court with judging at 6:00 pm. And the main parade starting at the Midland Fire Dept at 6:30 pm with a cruise-in from 7-9pm. Food and refreshments at the Midland Fire Hall.
Saturday ... Heritage Room open from 10am to 12pm. Bike parade - 12pm. Old Timers Game from 12:30 to 1:30 pm. Dinner at the Fire Hall by reservation at 6:30pm, followed by movies and social time.
Sunday ... Closing ceremony at 1:00 pm at the Midland Fire Hall. Light refreshments served and a raffle drawing. |

2012 Farmer’s Market in Frostburg every Friday, from 9:30 to 1pm. The market is NOW located in City Place on the corner of Water & Mechanic Streets -- rain or shine. Public restrooms are available and it is more pedestrian-friendly. Hours have been extended to 1pm so don’t let your lunch hour go by without stopping by the market this year. A portion of Mechanic Street will be closed to allow for easier pedestrian access so please take Broadway to access the Mechanic Street parking lot.
