The 3-part series will cover detailed menu planning guidelines, portion control, counting carbohydrates, understanding artificial sweeteners, navigating the grocery store aisles and reading food labels, and tips for eating out.   5:00PM n/a James McDonals Benefit   We are having a benefit in the memory of James “ Jimi Mac” McDonald for his 35th birthday on April 25, 2014 starting at 5:00 at the Cumberland Outdoor Club. We will be charging $10.00 at the door and will have food, drinks, and 3 bands playing such as Ol’ Buzzard Band, Simon Sez, and Mixed Brew. All Proceeds will go to the Jimi Mac Scholarship, the Cumberland Outdoor Club youth hunter safety coarse, the Cumberland Outdoor Club Special Olympics Fishing Rodeo, and the Cumberland Outdoor Club Wounded Veterans Fishing Rodeo.
