Brad Paisley’s granted the wish of a man who has terminal pancreatic cancer. He wanted to pass his custom guitar to someone that would play it so his friends got a hold of Brad and they just met. Brad’s grandpa died from pancreatic cancer and Brad says he’ll use it on his next album.
